I don't really like how the background looks, there's no real sense of depth (some shading would help) and the body doesn't lay naturally on it. the shadows are inconsistent, if those on the body are correct, then the bottom one should be moved more to the left.
the concept is good, but execution is not that great.

eyes and nose are okay, but everything else is disproportional and not done in the same detailing. everything below nose line is too small. her haid looks like a cone, while it should be egg-shaped.
hair is a mess, really - looks like a bunch of scribbles, nothing like real hair.

well, since I know how easy this is to do with brushes I'm not really impressed... I can't criticize it because there's nothing wrong actually, it's just really really plain.

If I were to use this verse as an inspiration, I'd try a combination of fresh and rotting flowers - something that actually represents, not only implies growth and death.
